Your future area of ​​responsibility will include in particular:

Your future field of activity:

  • Active support of the divisional management and partly also the management in administrative and operational tasks as well as in the implementation of strategic objectives
  • Monitoring and support of selected KPIs for the Heinsberg-Oberbruch site
  • Coordination of the interface management between the divisional management, the management as well as the other departments
  • Preparation of information, development of concepts and preparation of decision documents
  • Preparation of evaluations and documents, statistics, reports, minutes and presentations
  • Organization as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings and events

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a technical business administrator (m/f/d), management assistant (m/f/d) with technical understanding or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial manufacturing company
  • Experience in project management and project work an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and independent, results-oriented way of working
  • Organizational talent, ability to work in a team and high willingness to perform
  • Committed, competent and confident appearance and strong communication skills
  • Profound MS-Office and ERP user knowledge
  • Good written and spoken English, at least B2 level
