Coordinator (m/f/d) Composites

Your tasks: 

• Technical and disciplinary management of employees
• Ensuring the further qualification of the directly subordinate employees
• Execution and monitoring of the smooth flow of production, taking into account existing quality standards and cost aspects
• Cost center responsibility as well as capacity and investment planning
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental regulations
• Continuous optimization of production workflows and processes as well as the analysis of errors and malfunctions in complex systems
• Communication, coordination and cooperation within the departments, as well as across departments

Your profile: 

• Successfully completed studies with a technical orientation or technical training in connection with further training to become a state-certified technician or industrial foreman
• Many years of specific professional experience in production
• Knowledge in the field of manufacturing fiber composites
• Leadership experience required
• Safe handling of SAP and MS Office applications
• Lean Management experience desirable
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
• High resilience, flexibility and assertiveness
