Your future area of responsibility will include in particular:

Your future field of activity:

  • Responsibility for the projects carried out in the Engineerung department within the framework of time and costs 
  • Technical, organisational and disciplinary responsibility for the department 
  • Ensuring the flow of information and coordination with other departments 
  • Independent management of projects with a corresponding budget 
  • Interface to the direct superior or management 
  • Planning the timely and high-quality provision of engineering resources for planned projects 
  • Conception and development of new and continuous optimisation of existing production processes using suitable technologies (state of the art) in own and other specialist areas 
  • Specification of technical systems and materials 

Requirements:

  • Completed technical studies (university of applied sciences) in the field of chemical process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable degree programms 
  • Strong skills and several years of experience in managing and motivation employees as well as a leadership mentality in line with our guidelines 
  • Professional experience in project management, project work and project management functions are essential
  • Reliable, independent and responsible way of working, commitment, flexibility, ability to work in a team and co-operative interaction with superiors, employees and colleagues 
  • Committed, competent and confident demeanour 
  • Good PC skills and confident use of MS Office 
  • Good written and spoken English skills
